WhisperPower is an internationally operating company specialized in the development, production and distribution of energy systems for the maritime, mobile and grid-independent market sectors. WhisperPower systems supply electric power with the lowest possible emissions, with optimally low fuel consumption by using the OctoPower hybrid technology developed in-house. Our company has a global distribution network in more than 40 countries with its own sales offices in England, Germany, Spain, China and America. We currently have 60 employees and are growing rapidly.

Technical commercial employee (m/f)
The responsibilities/tasks include:
As the first point of contact, you maintain contact with our customers in the Benelux and our international distributors. This is mainly done by email and/or telephone.
You are also involved in proactive sales and primary product information.
You are responsible for processing incoming orders and handling new requests. In addition, you provide technical advice to our customers on both new and existing products.
In this role, you will be in contact with our customers, sales managers, purchasing, production and logistics departments and provide them with the right information. It is important that you can effectively switch between the different parties, separate the main and secondary issues and be able to express this in the right way to all parties.
As an internal sales employee, you are part of a team in which you work closely with your colleagues from the field sales department and internal colleagues from production and logistics.
Job requirements:
To be successful in this position you must have the following:
MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
Good communicative skills;
Technical feeling in the field of electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering / mechatronics is necessary, or the willingness/capability to appropriate this;
Able to work accurately and stress-resistant;
Good command of Dutch and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is a plus
