Alewijnse is seeking reinforcement for its sales team. Together, you ensure that both standardized and client-specific requests for newbuilds, service, and retrofit projects are handled smoothly and professionally. From superyachts to offshore installations, no two requests are the same. If you love technology, variety, and teamwork, this is your chance.
As a Sales Engineer, you act as the crucial link between client needs and technical solutions. You prepare cost estimates and quotations for electrical and automation systems in the maritime sector. You gather the right technical information, think along on suitable solutions, and translate these into a clear proposal for the client. In doing so, you collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines and ensure smooth handling of requests.
Who are you?
You have sharp technical insight and think one step ahead. You can easily switch between client communication and technical discussions, bringing people along with your ideas. You enjoy working independently but also value being part of a team.
You bring:
- An MBO or HBO degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in shipbuilding industry essential
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
- Strong team spirit and confidence
