At 3T Kendrion we offer a dynamic
and challenging position as for an experienced Project Manager. In this role, you serve as the vital link between our customers and engineering teams. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage commercial agreements, and lead multidisciplinary project teams.

What makes this role exciting? You’ll often manage multiple projects for different clients simultaneously—ensuring that no two days are ever the same.

The location of this position is Eindhoven.

Your Tasks

As Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the entire project, from start to finish.

Your tasks include:

Developing project plans in collaboration with customers and engineers.

Assembling and managing project teams, ensuring the right mix of skills and capacity.

Monitoring progress and facilitating regular meetings with both internal teams and clients.

Managing both new development projects and maintenance of existing products.

Acting as a Product Owner and/or Account Manager for ongoing customer relationships.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager.

Together with your team, you’ll drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical insight and leadership skills. You have:

A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in a technical field.

5–10 years of experience managing projects for external clients in electronics and embedded software.

Strong technical understanding to assess engineering work effectively.

Proven organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to switch between strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Experience with ASML projects is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.

A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.

Residency in the Eindhoven region or willingness to relocate.

A Category B driving license is a plus

Workload: 32–40 hours per week
