Your challenge
In this exciting position with growth opportunity, you will be working as People Partner for Operations on our Site in Drachten.

You will have a professional operational HR focus, working with people leaders and the People Business Partners and acting as the linking pin towards HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Shared Service Center. In this global environment focused on operational excellence, there is a strong need for excellent HR business support.

Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with Operations and other People Partners (HR) with different focus and priorities, to understand and address business issues and to set up your own People agenda.

  • Work in an international environment and in this role, you will ensure that all processes are implemented in line with Dutch legislation.

  • Support line management and the People Business Partner (PBP) by implementing and executing our people strategy within the business.

  • Apply core HR processes such as Talent Management; Strategic Workforce Planning; People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; and Health & Wellbeing.

  • You participate in HR-(improvement) projects on the Cluster/country level.

  • Act as an advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies to realize operational excellence. Act as a sparring partner for the PBP on local implications and solutions for the business. Counsel people leaders and/or employees in employee relations procedures and support local organizational capabilities development.

  • Educate and support people leaders in people management activities in cooperation with Centers of Expertise.

  • Your team
    You are part of the People Partner team Benelux, with 35 People Partners, which consists of 3 Clusters. You report to the Team Lead People Partners NL. You are based in Drachten.

    We are looking for 
    For this challenging job, we need a team player who recognizes the following profile:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Human Resource Management).

  • 5-7 years of working experience in HR, preferably within an international manufacturing organization.

  • Broad HR experience and the knowledge and the drive to further develop as a People Partner

  • Ability to connect with all layers of the organization.

  • Business acumen and interest in business practice.

  • Written and verbal communication skills: Dutch (required) and English.

  • Winning mentality and persuasion skills.

  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Energetic, responsive team player who is keen to take initiative.

  • Courage, authenticity, and learning agility.
