Your Role:
As a Packaging Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire packaging development lifecycle—from concept design through detailed engineering to mass production. You will ensure that our packaging solutions meet the highest functionality and performance standards while exceeding consumer expectations in design and usability.
Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Packaging Design: Develop and implement packaging solutions that are functional, sustainable, and enhance consumer experience. Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and market demands.

Prototyping and Testing: Lead the development of prototypes and oversee rigorous testing to validate packaging concepts and solutions.

Requirements & Risk Management: Define packaging requirements, conduct risk analysis (FMEA), and follow the V-model methodology.

Engineering & Development: Execute 2D/3D detailed design, specify materials, ensure Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA), and manage data efficiently in the C PLM system (Windchill).

Sustainability Initiatives: Drive the development of eco-friendly packaging solutions, supporting our company’s environmental responsibility goals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, materials science, and consumer behavior to enhance packaging solutions.
You’re the Right Fit If:

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering.

You have 1-3 years of experience in packaging development or product function development, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.

You are proficient in CAD software (preferably NX; Artios experience is a plus) and have experience with prototyping tools and materials science.

You possess excellent problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
