- Develop reproducibleand maintainable test methods for varioussystems.
- Design and execute functional andnon-functional tests in the lab.
- Analyze andpost-process test results using statisticaltechniques.
- Coordinate reliability tests andhands-on measuring system analysis.
- Write testspecifications and ensure adherence to qualitystandards.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure product reliability andperformance.
- Provide training on testingmethodologies and support continuous improvementinitiatives.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics,or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience inR&D or mechanical test development.
- 3+years of hands-on experience in a mechanical test laboratory,including designing and executing testmethods.
- Proficient in MSA methodology, testmethod validation, and statistical dataanalysis.
- Experience in creating high-qualitytechnical documentation.

- Competitive salaryrange: €4,000 – €5,700 gross per month, depending onexperience.
