WhisperPower is an internationally operating company specialized in the development, production and distribution of energy systems for the maritime, mobile and grid-independent market sectors. WhisperPower systems supply electric power with the lowest possible emissions, with optimally low fuel consumption by using the OctoPower hybrid technology developed in-house. Our company has a global distribution network in more than 40 countries with its own sales offices in England, Germany, Spain, China and America. We currently have 60 employees and are growing rapidly.

Internal sales employee (m/f)

As a Commercial Internal Sales Employee you have both a supporting and a proactive role within the sales department.

The responsibilities/tasks include:

You are primarily responsible for processing incoming orders and handling new requests.

As the first point of contact, you maintain contact with our customers in the Benelux and our international distributors. This is mainly done by email and/or telephone.

You are also involved in proactive sales and primary product information.

As an internal sales employee you are part of a team, where you work closely with your colleagues from the field service and internal colleagues from production and logistics.

You act as a spider in the web for our customers, sales managers, purchasing, production and logistics. It is important that you can switch effectively between the different parties, separate main and secondary issues and express this correctly to all parties.

Job requirements:

To be successful in this position you must have the following:

MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;

Good communicative skills;

Technical feeling in the field of electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering / mechatronics is necessary, or the willingness/capability to appropriate this;

Able to work accurately and stress-resistant;

Good command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage.

Ability to work with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
