Join our team as a Clinical Project Manager and help shape the future of clinical research by overseeing the planning, execution, and management of innovative clinical projects.
In this role, your expertise will drive operational excellence and innovation, ensuring that clinical studies are delivered with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and oversee all phases of clinical projects, including site selection, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Ensure projects comply with study protocols, local and international regulations, and quality standards.
- Supervise and support the clinical project team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs).
- Collaborate closely with biometrics, regulatory affairs, quality, and pharmacovigilance teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress, address challenges, and align on expectations.
- Manage project budgets effectively and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Prepare and submit clinical study reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Manage protocol amendments and deviations, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with project teams.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical project management within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
